Your responsibilities will be diverse and exciting and will include:
- Social Media Engagement: Create and direct and execute the content strategy for social platforms to drive brand visibility, follower growth, and audience engagement. Ensure timely and professional customer interactions across all channels.
- Events Management: from concept to execution, you will orchestrate memorable events throughout the year, captivating guests and creating lasting impressions.
- Strategic PR Campaigns: Create and execute PR strategies for each venue that drives positive media coverage, builds brand credibility, and highlights the unique value propositions of each venue. Oversee the creation of media kits and proactive outreach while continuously adapting to industry trends and sentiment.
- Content creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content across digital channels, including social media, websites, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with broader brand objectives.
About You
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Marketing, Hospitably, Business, or equivalent, coupled with a proven track record in marketing roles within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail, with a flair for storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
- A flair for innovation, with the ability to develop and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies.
- Proven effective interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects seamlessly.
- Demonstrated success in PR and social media roles, with a proven track record in crafting engaging campaigns and strategies.
- A keen understanding of PR principles, media relations, and crisis communication management.
- Proven design proficiency in Adobe Suites for menu creation and previous experience with website management platforms like WIX.
