Credit Controller

We’re a dynamic and growing law firm of 100+ professionals and are excited to be creating a brand new role for a Credit Controller to help us transform our credit control function.

Location: Torquay

Part-time (minimum 3 days per week)

What You’ll Be Doing:

·        Reviewing and recovering outstanding (including historic) debt

·        Balancing empathy and firmness with individuals and corporate clients

·        Leading on system and process improvement

·        Partnering with teams across the firm to drive good financial discipline

What We’re Looking For:

·        Credit control experience in professional services (legal, consultancy, accountancy)

·        Confident communicator and collaborator with high emotional intelligence

·        Process-driven, proactive, and ready to lead

·        Tech-savvy and comfortable implementing new systems

Bonus Points For:

·        Experience in a law firm

·        Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., SRA guidelines)
