Loans Administrator

Role Overview

I'm currently partnering with a leading international bank that is looking to hire a detail-oriented Loans Administrator to join their growing UK-based operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly respected financial institution and gain exposure across loans and trade finance operations .

What you'll be doing:

• Processing loans, drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, and prepayments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Managing daily cash flows related to credit and trade finance transactions.
• Issuing and tracking guarantees, maintaining up-to-date fee schedules and records.
• Reviewing and processing new/amended credit facilities and syndicated loan participations.
• Supporting internal and external stakeholders while ensuring system records are current.
• Assisting with IT platform testing and processing trade finance instruments (LCs, guarantees, confirming, factoring).
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Process loan agreements and related documents to update credit lines and facility terms, including overdrafts, guarantees, Forex, and VISA limits, along with any required interest amendments

Location: City of London

Salary Range: £30,000 to £40,000
