Purpose of the position: As Junior Control Systems Engineer you will be part of the ROV Assets department, based in Aberdeen, U.K. You will provide control system software support to assist with the operation and maintenance on underwater ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicles). You will have the opportunity to learn how to use our systems and build experience to become more autonomous in your role.
Activities
Education: Master's Degree in: Electrical, Electronic, Control Systems Engineering or similar
Background: 0-1 year with automation or control software programming activities
Technical knowledge: basic knowledge of C++ or C# or PLC
IT skills: Microsoft office

Activities
- Provide control system and software support for the operations and maintenance on our different ROV systems
- Reprogram, track and update the software when needed
- Perform various tasks on our systems regarding the ROV software (e.g. Sensor integration, etc.)
- Update the HMI, graphics, system and test it
- Support R&D projects
Education: Master's Degree in: Electrical, Electronic, Control Systems Engineering or similar
