Job Advert: Registered Manager – New Service (Ripon)
Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire, HG4 1BD
Shifts: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm)
Salary: Up to £37,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a 9 bedroom supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and mental health. Role Overview
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Ensure high standards of care, support, and compliance.
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals.
- Oversee the operational and financial efficiency of the service.
Key Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Proven leadership experience in social care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to achieve).
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and experience with learning disabilities, mental health, or ABI.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of therapeutic care models.
- Driving licence (travel between locations is required).
