Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences that truly make a difference? We're looking for a Learning Designer who’s ready to lead the way in crafting dynamic, engaging, and high-quality online learning that inspires.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our digital learning journey, bringing together creative vision, instructional expertise, and collaborate with subject matter experts to build meaningful learning experiences from the ground up. You’ll lead cross-functional teams from concept through to launch, designing courses that combine solid pedagogy, adult learning principles, and innovative digital strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop engaging, effective online learning experiences that resonate with adult learners
• Collaborate closely with our Digital Learning Team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to bring ideas to life
• Align content and assessments with learning outcomes to drive comprehension and long-term retention
• Apply best practices in online education to create impactful, instructionally sound resources
• Leverage our Learning Management System (LMS) to author compelling digital learning content

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of online learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies
• Demonstrable experience creating and implementing online course content and assessments
• Expertise in translating adult learning principles into practice
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with SMEs, creative teams, and stakeholders
• Familiarity with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate) and LMS platforms
• Ability to evaluate and enhance course quality using data-driven insights
