Purpose of the Role - Trainee/Sales Negotiator
We have a unique opportunity to join Bradleys Estate Agents, The Award Winning Independent Estate Agency in the South West with 30 offices from Taunton through to Penzance. Established in 1992 the company prides itself on providing a first class customer experience and works as one big family.
As a Trainee/Negotiator you will be placed on Bradleys Property Academy, your career will be developed from day one with an ongoing training and a development plan, working in a supportive and rewarding environment with the potential to earn an uncapped income.

Key Responsibilities as a Trainee/ Negotiator
- Generate and book valuations and viewing appointments
- Interact with the general public in person, on the telephone and online
- Conduct property viewings in a professional manner
- Negotiate offers that are received.
- Agree and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
- Optimising every opportunity within the Bradleys Complete Property Service
- Generate new business in a target driven environment
