What you'll be doing

  • PO placement – all (Insphire & R12)
  • Contractor labour requests & cost review in conjunction with JW/CM
  • Road Runner transport requests / bookings
  • Hotel arrangements
  • Medical bookings
  • Training matrix and SharePoint update
  • Training requests
  • 37.5 h per week

Who we're looking for

The following qualities/experience are essential:

  • General office administration skills and experience (2 years +)
  • Computer literacy - skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel)
  • Strong planning & organisation skills
  • Communication skills
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Basic commercial awareness

The following qualities/experience are desirable:

  • Experience in use of Insphire software application
  • Experience working in construction industry environment
  • Experience working with Purchase Ledger &/or Credit Control departments
  • Basic technical/operational understanding of overall construction process
