Citizens Advice Newcastle is a well-established charity supporting over 15,000 clients a year across the City. We are seeking to appoint an Adviser/Trainee Adviser to provide high quality information, advice and support to people who need our help.
In this role you will deliver face to face, telephone and digital advice, including supporting clients in Newcastle who need to upgrade their electricity meters.
Ideally you will have some experience of giving advice or support, and of working with vulnerable clients. You will be committed to excellent client care, highly organised and self-motivated, able to maintain high advice quality standards. Full Training can be provided.
We particularly welcome applications from people with disabilities and those from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds, as these groups are currently underrepresented in our workforce. This post is fixed-term for 12 months.
