What You’ll Be Doing

• Spreading warmth and joy to people in their own homes
• Supporting with personal care, meal preparation and household tasks
• Providing cheerful companionship—whether that’s sharing a hobby or a friendly chat
• Helping customers stay connected by driving them to appointments and outings
• Acting as a vital link between customers, their families and healthcare professionals

What You’ll Need

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• A naturally caring, kind and dependable nature—just like a busy bee
• Confidence to work independently, with the reassurance of a supportive team
• No previous experience in care? No problem—we provide full training
• A transferable DBS is helpful, but we’ll arrange one if needed
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK (Please note: we are unable to offer visa sponsorship or additional hours for student visas)

The Bee-autiful Perks

• £13.00 per hour base rate
• Enhanced rates:
• £13.50/hour (Weekday Evenings 6–10pm)
• £14.00/hour (Weekends 7am–10pm)
• £19.50/hour (Bank Holidays)
• Guaranteed Hours Scheme after 12 weeks for a secure monthly income
• 45p per mile mileage reimbursement
