- Keen interest in the automotive sector and a willingness to learn about vehicle parts and accessories
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow processes accurately
- Confident working in a customer-facing role, with a positive and professional attitude
- Strong team player, adaptable, and interested in personal development
- IT literate and eager to use dealership systems and software
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service and representing the Mercedes-Benz brand
- Assist customers and colleagues in the identification, location, and supply of correct parts and accessories
- Support the team in processing parts orders, both face-to-face and via telephone or online channels
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory with care
- Handle incoming deliveries, check for accuracy, and help to organise parts storage areas
- Learn to use Mercedes-Benz parts catalogues, dealership management systems, and ordering tools
- Deliver a helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable service to all customers and internal departments
- Follow all health and safety and compliance standards in the workplace
- Passion for learning and personal growth within the automotive sector
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage tasks efficiently
- Professional, respectful approach to colleagues and customers
- GCSEs (or equivalent) - English and Maths
- No previous experience required; full training is provided
- Eligibility to work in the UK
