About The Role
- Producing timely, accurate and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and business performance.
- Delivering insightful financial analysis to drive performance and enable commercial decision-making
- Business partnering with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, identify risks & opportunities, and support strategic initiatives
- Building dynamic financial models and dashboards to provide proactive and accurate financial analysis which enhances the visibility and decision support
- Owning and evolving monthly board packs
- Driving process improvements and embedding a culture of continuous financial performance managemen
- Proficient in Excel, with experience in building models
- Experience in Power BI advantageous
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Clear communicator with the ability to explain numbers to non-finance stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to a high-performing finance function.
- Organised and able to manage deadlines across multiple tasks or projects.
- Highly motivated, curious, and keen to learn in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or studying toward qualification
