Role Description

This is a part time on-site role for a Football Development Coach located in West Bromwich. We are recruiting for both a 12 and 24 hour post. The Football Development Coach will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to football coaching, training, and communication. They will work to raise aspirations, develop skills, and inspire participants to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

• Football Coaching and Football skills
• Coaching and Training abilities
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience working in community sports programs
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• Understanding of football development principles
• Certifications in coaching or sports education
