- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer service experience
- Keen to stay up to date with evolving vehicle features, technology, and brand news
- IT literate and confident using digital tools, tablets, and presentation materials
- Adaptable and willing to learn, with a commitment to personal and professional growth
- Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Welcome customers to the dealership, ensuring each guest has a warm and engaging introduction to Mercedes-Benz and its products
- Deliver informative and interactive product presentations and demonstrations, tailored to individual customer interests and needs
- Keep up to date with the latest Mercedes-Benz models, features, and technology to answer questions and provide advice with confidence
- Support customers throughout their showroom journey, from initial enquiry to handover, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience
- Work closely with the sales, technical, and aftersales teams to ensure accurate and helpful information is always provided
- Assist with showroom events, vehicle launches, and digital presentations to promote the Mercedes-Benz brand and services
- Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing showroom environment
- Consistently represent Mercedes-Benz values of innovation, excellence, and customer focus
- Ability to engage, inform, and inspire customers in a fast-paced retail setting
- Natural passion for customer care and attention to detail
- Willingness to undergo ongoing manufacturer product training and development
- Confident using digital tools for presentations and customer engagement
- Commercial awareness and a commitment to the highest standards of professionalism
