Bank Staff Nursery Practitioner

Freedom care has been providing childcare services for over 25 years. We provide supply cover for nurseries across the South of England.

We are currently recruiting nursery practitioners for our bank of staff to provide childcare to local nurseries.

Location: Islington - North London

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Age Group: 2 – 5 years

Contract Type: Bank Staff (Flexible Hours)

Are you a passionate and experienced early years practitioner looking for flexible work in a friendly and nurturing environment? We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our bank staff team, supporting children aged 2–5.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
• Flexibility and reliability to cover staff absences and support when needed
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework

What You’ll Do:

• Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Engage children in fun and educational activities
• Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
• Work closely with the team to promote children’s development and wellbeing
