What will you do?
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies
- Generate new ideas to increase sales and create leads.
- Liaise with customers to maintain a high quality of customer service
- Contact existing and potential customers via telephone to present and market Bright’s software in order to maximise sales
- May be required to attend events and exhibitions on behalf of Bright
- Ensure KPI’s are achieved on a weekly basis, providing streamlined updates on your progress to your Team Lead
- Stay up to date on product releases identifying potential for cross selling to our existing customer base.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar sales role.
- Proven success of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and sales metrics
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Effective networker with the ability to build and maintain relationships in B2B environment area.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven to achieve & exceed targets.
- Hungry to succeed with a customer and product centric focus.
- Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-moving company with a bias for action.
- Interest in digital accountancy technology, business drivers and emerging trends.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience CRM management and reporting preparation.
- Previous experience/network in accountancy solution sales in an advantage.
