A typical day in this role includes:

  • Manage your allocated workload, ensuring all work adheres to brand guidelines, follows best practice and is delivered on time to a high standard.
  • Ability to create strong, strategic & creative designs on various formats, platforms and take them through from concept to code and eventually completion.
  • Translating the ASW Businesses’ commercial plans into innovative and highly commercial designs that will excite and inspire.
  • Work on a variety of projects across the digital space: social commerce templates, category landing pages for well-known brands; infographics & promotional material for ASW markets, all bringing Impact & Value to the ASW Business.
  • Collaborate where necessary with other teams within ASW Business
  • Continually looking to improve ASW platforms to keep us ahead of our competitors
  • Consistently keeping up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the digital / AI / Mobile / Social & Popular Culture / eCommerce world
  • Set yourself quarterly learning objectives that further your skills within eLab and complete them for evaluation by your manager.

  • Able to present ideas effectively to other groups & Senior Stakeholders
  • Receive & accept feedback from senior designers & managers
  • Confident to ask relevant questions, obtaining information for advancing any projects or removing blockers

What you'll need:
  • Thorough understanding of the design process & design studio processes
  • Excellent knowledge of design fundamentals: type, colour, layout & imager, creation/ optimisation
  • Excellent knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva & Figma
  • Good knowledge of HTML/CSS & digital design best practice
  • Good Experience with Microsoft – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Experience of AI, Video & Social Commerce, is a bonus
  • High understanding of eCommerce user experience best practices
  • Team player able to take briefs & develop compelling customer content working collaboratively with colleagues
