In this role as Health and Safety Manager, you’ll lead the site’s health and safety agenda, ensuring that safety, health, and environmental standards are not only met but embedded into our workplace culture. You will provide technical guidance, drive proactive measures, and engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve best-in-class health and safty performance.

In this role as Health and Safety Manager, you’ll lead the site’s health and safety agenda, ensuring that safety, health, and environmental standards are not only met but embedded into our workplace culture. You will provide technical guidance, drive proactive measures, and engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve best-in-class health and safty performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and deliver against Health and Safety objectives and targets.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and industry best practices.
- Lead incident investigations and oversee corrective actions.
- Work closely with senior management and operational teams to foster a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Maintain strong relationships with external regulators and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and keep up to date with evolving legislation.

- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), IEMA Associate Certificate, and ideally CMIOSH.
- 3-5 years in a Health and Safety role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- ISO14001 expertise, strong understanding of H&S culture development, environmental legislation, and project management.
- Proactive, collaborative, confident, and results-driven.
