The Role
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the business with the procurement of production and non-production related materials, components and services.
This is a hands-on role where you will interact with suppliers, manage inventory levels, track orders and help ensure the timely delivery of materials.
You will work closely with the Supply Chain Administrator Manager and the wider team to maintain smooth procurement processes.
With a keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy, the ideal candidate should have a solutions mindset and work to contribute to the continued growth of the business

The Role
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the business with the procurement of production and non-production related materials, components and services.

You will work closely with the Supply Chain Administrator Manager and the wider team to maintain smooth procurement processes.

The main tasks for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Order management and the raising of purchase orders whilst also placing orders
- Management of orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any disputes or delays that may arise
- Generation of goods in-bound forecasts for warehouse
- Data management
- Management of stock transfers between locations
- Compliance to relevant company policies and legislation
- Someone who is able to build a rapport and relationships with collegues and suppliers
- A solutions mindset
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn new skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
