Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing in either a corporate setting or in a freelance capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- A self-motivated, driven individual looking for a career change
- A lifelong learner passionate about fostering personal growth and development
- Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions
- Cultivate marketing strategies across various digital platforms, with training and support provided
- Learn and apply lead generation techniques
- Conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews and qualify candidates
- Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates
