From Cardiff to Manchester, now we’re going international – and our brand-new store in Bath needs a passionate Supervisor to lead the way!

OBJECTIVE:

We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team at My Cookie Dough in Bath, UK. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring that all staff members are providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the training and development of staff members
• Supervise and delegate tasks to staff during shifts
• Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are being met
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge & understanding of food safety regulations
