The Opportunity

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day category operations, analysing market performance, and supporting category development across major retailers and B2B customers. You'll help build winning ranges, track industry trends, and contribute to business growth through data-driven decision-making.

• Monitor weekly category performance and report on growth opportunities
• Analyse product and market data using Nielsen, IRI, and Dunnhumby tools
• Lead merchandising initiatives and recommend range changes
• Partner with the Category Manager and Tesco to optimise category strategy
• Conduct market visits and track competitor activity
• Support the Commercial team with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects

• Degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in sales, category/insights, trade or shopper marketing
