We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to take full ownership of our inventory and stock management processes. This role is critical to supporting our consumables and hardware manufacturing teams by ensuring accurate, efficient and timely availability of materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP systems, stock allocation and maintaining accurate inventory recor

  • NI:Take full ownership of stock management activities, including receiving, storing, issuing and reconciling invento
  • ry.Perform consumables product kitting to customers and internal deman
  • ds.Work closely with consumables and hardware manufacturing teams to ensure material readiness and availabili
  • ty.Collaborating with the PLE team to implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) updates and revisio
  • ns.Supporting Sales and Operations Execution process
  • es.Ensure all stock handling activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations and company polici
  • es.Coordinating and managing stock transfers between US and UK sit
  • es.Monitoring consumable expiry dates and ensuring timely disposal to minimize was
  • te.Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocki
  • ng.Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with the ERP syst
  • em.Accurately allocate materials to appropriate departments or projec
  • ts.Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of all inventory movemen
  • ts.Track stock allocations and material usage in line with operational nee
  • ds.Identify and resolve stock discrepancies or reporting issues prompt
