We are looking to grow our leadership team. We are particularly searching for a trustee to champion all things “people" - volunteer recruitment and management, safeguarding, etc.

What are we looking for?
Experience working with and managing volunteers, preferably as a volunteer manager People oriented and results driven Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels Support current and future charity needs through recruiting, developing, engaging and motivating our volunteers Lead on safeguarding Assess training needs to apply and monitor learning and development
What will you be doing?
As your local cancer charity, we are looking to raise awareness of the support we offer to people with cancer across Huntingdonshire, yet needing to increase income to grow our activities and volunteers. This is a volunteering role you can undertake from home with travel to Huntingdon on a monthly basis.
