The Role
The People Coordinator & System Administrator at T&Pm is a champion for our people and culture. This role is responsible for creating a positive and engaging employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems. You will be a key contributor to building a thriving workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
Championing a Positive Employee Experience:
Full ownership of all people-related administration including all new joiner documentation, employee related documentation, reference requests and you lead on the agency's payroll process in collaboration with our Payroll Manager.
You build relationships easily and you’re a friendly and approachable point of contact for employees' queries. You provide clear and helpful guidance on people's policies, procedures, and benefits.
You support the team in all our touchpoints to make every interaction a memorable experience which has the impact intended e.g. supporting learning events, internal events etc.
Deliver a welcoming and informative onboarding experience for new team members across the agency, ensuring they feel connected to T&Pm's culture from day one.
You lead on supporting all big moments in people's lives, including maternity, paternity and shared parental leave.
Data-Driven Insights for People Strategy:
Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends and insights that inform people strategy and improve the employee experience.
Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance reporting.
HRIS Management for a Seamless Employee Experience:
Owner of our people systems, hiBOB and CultureAmp. You are our systems expert who administers and maintains the HRIS system, ensuring it is accurate, user-friendly and supports a seamless employee experience.
Configure system settings, user roles, and permissions to optimise efficiency and data security.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users, minimising disruption.
Skills and Experience
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a passion for creating a positive employee experience
High proficiency in HR systems, with a focus on user experience and data security
You adapt well to changing conditions and new ways of thinking, bringing a positive attitude to all that you do.
You will be able to handle confidential information with discretion, trust and professionalism.
Ability to analyse information, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
You have a proactive can-do attitude, ready to get stuck in and embed yourself within the agency culture.
Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to providing excellent support
