Role Overview
Within the Residential Research team, our work continues to be in high demand and we have an opportunity for a graduate or someone in the early stages of their career to join the team. This is a permanent role based in our central London HQ.
We provide research and consultancy on residential property to both internal and external clients. This involves using data analysis to help our clients formulate strategy and make decisions. Our clients come from across the whole spectrum of UK residential property. They include some of the largest developers, investors and housing associations in the country, as well as national and local government.
Your role will be to help prepare analysis and reports to answer a broad range of questions on residential development, planning, investment and sales, for internal and external clients.
Relevant skills are outlined below, however as a graduate role, we would provide the necessary training and support to guide you through your development at Savills.
