Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed external wall surveys, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the project coordination team to ensure efficient scheduling and task completion.
• Identify and report on any issues or areas of concern related to façade integrity and compliance.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of work carried out and findings from surveys.
• Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

About You:

We are looking for dedicated and experienced professionals with a strong understanding of façade systems and external wall inspections. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience working as a façade operative or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of external wall systems, materials, and inspection techniques.
• A strong commitment to health and safety practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate reports.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the UK.
