As a Paraplanner, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining internal relationships, managing all client documentation, and producing quality financial planning reports

What you’ll do as a Paraplann

• er:Produce financial planning reports for consideration and signoff by advisers considering standards for suitability and quali
• ty.Analyse client portfolios/products and other relevant information to prepare the ab
• oveObtain illustrations and supporting documents as required to complete the advice file for presentation to the clie
• nt.Prepare cash flow analysis as requir
• ed.Provide accurate, technical research to ensure that the client file carries all required information to support the recommendatio
• ns.Liaise with the Compliance department as necessary throughout the advice proce
• ss.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensure all client documentation is saved accordingly to the correct fil
• es.Refer all client complaints and concerns promptly to your Manager, the Adviser and the Compliance Offi
• cerCommunicate with colleagues and product providers as need
• ed.Attend regular Paraplanning meetings to discuss ongoing work and ensure advice approach across the team is simil
• ar.Maintain the workflow log including the addition of new work requests and updating of completed wo

What we’re looking

• for:A qualified Paraplanner (level 4 diploma) or working towards a level 4 would be conside
• red.Experience working within Wealth and Investment management would be desirable but not essent
• ial.Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft off
• ice.The ideal candidate would in addition have knowledge of using Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics and Cash Calc (an advant

age)
