What You´ll Do
- Be the go-to person for troubleshooting technical issues, responding to requests via our Service Desk, and ensuring swift, effective resolutions. If a challenge is more complex, you’ll escalate it to the right teams while keeping users updated.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot devices, from PCs and laptops to software applications and network systems—making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Keep an eye on system performance, track trends, and share insights that help improve efficiency and prevent future issues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, offering helpful guidance, timely updates, and ensuring their IT experience is seamless and stress-free.
- Work closely with teams across the business—locally and internationally—bringing your technical skills to exciting IT projects and new technology implementations.
- Follow company policies, maintain clear documentation, and uphold performance standards to ensure smooth operations and top-tier IT support.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends, expand your skills, and build a rewarding career in IT.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, working with colleagues to find the best solutions.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping others with their tech needs.
- A background in IT, including PC builds, operating system installations, application setup, and user support.
- CompTIA or an equivalent certification, plus excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You take initiative, solve problems, and are always eager to learn and grow.
