We are seeking an organised and proactive Scheduler to plan and manage maintenance and construction works, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organise works to meet client targets, minimise downtime, and optimise resources.
  • Handle internal and external inquiries, ensuring customer expectations are surpassed through dynamic adjustments.
  • Track operatives' work accuracy and completion rates to provide performance insights.
  • Foster a positive safety culture, monitor lone workers, and track operative activity throughout shifts.
  • Prepare statistical and performance data using tools like Excel and internal systems.
  • Work with colleagues to deliver an efficient repair and maintenance service within cost, time, and quality standards.
  • Provide professional and high-quality communication, resolving inquiries efficiently and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Adjust schedules for leave, sickness, or unforeseen disruptions and liaise with clients or contractors as needed.
  • Handle clerical tasks, correspondence, and document coordination for the team.


Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of using a computerised Scheduling or planning systems.
  • Good planning skills
  • Good customer care skills
  • Willing to be proactive in the continuous improvement of a quality service
  • Understanding of maintenance and operational activity
  • Able to demonstrate initiative when dealing with situations and completing tasks.


Interview Process:

Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview.
