We’re looking for a Mental Health Advisor to deliver workshops, groups and low intensity 1:1 psychoeducation and self-help support.

You’ll work closely with individuals experiencing early signs of distress such as anxiety, depression, or stress—supporting their recovery through early intervention, social inclusion, and empowerment. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing referrals, and building positive relationships with local partners and services.

This is a dynamic and rewarding position ideal for someone who is passionate about mental health, has strong interpersonal skills, and is committed to making a positive difference in the community.

You will:

  • Delivering 1:1 and group mental health support

  • Running workshops and psychoeducational sessions

  • Supporting clients through early intervention approaches
