- Inspection and disassembly of endoscopes pre-repair, final inspection and preparing endoscope for dispatch by following approved processes and procedures
- Full final inspection of Olympus endoscopes in accordance with Olympus Global Inspection Standards
- Generate repair guidance for Repair Technicians based on inspection findings
- Review customer documentation to ensure their requirements have been met
- Using service management and administration systems to record all relevant information
- Use of tooling and test equipment
- Achieving customer satisfaction by working to a minimum productivity requirement and in line with quality objectives
- Maintain 6S housekeeping standards
- Post repair tasks preparing endoscopes for dispatch
- Ability to understand written technical information
- Previous experience in a technical role or fine hand skills gained through other means which support the application
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently/team and in an organised manor
- Problem solving/fault finding
- Good computer literacy, including the use of email, and data entry
