We are currently recruiting a Facilities Assistant to be part of our integral team at ECNI, Belfast BT7 1DQ

What you'll be doing

• Inspecting office and meeting rooms daily to ensure they are ready for next working day
• Setting up rooms for meetings and rearranging furniture
• Greeting at reception and being first point of call for our clients
• Interacting with clients and serving food and drinks
• Use of client systems
• Daily cleaning duties
• General porter duties

Experience

• Ability to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner
• Good interpersonal and organisation skills
• Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team
• The ability to communicate effectively, both over the telephone and face to face
• Cleaning Experience
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
