Role responsibilities

The Catering Supervisor will be assisting the Area Manager Catering with the day to day running of the catering operations.

  • Follow TfW stock management processes by processing deliveries, managing shortfalls and losses to ensure the correct levels of stock.
  • Conduct monthly stock-takes by organizing and counting stock and inputting onto the stock management system to ensure the correct levels of stock.
  • Responsible for accurate rostering and approval of leave by completing timesheets accurately and approving in a timely manner to ensure that service levels are maintained.
  • Manage a team of hosts to successfully perform their duties by providing the appropriate tools and training to ensure a high level of service and to optimise sales and minimise waste.

Who we’re looking for

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene.
  • Knowledge of catering operations.
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to influence and motivate a team.

Welsh Language Skills

The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
