Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

You will be providing administrative support to the assessment, admission, and transfer processes for trainees and candidates wishing to become qualified RICS professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support through:

  • o Administrative checks on candidate eligibility for assessment
    o Inputting assessment panels and results into the system
    o Undertaking candidate plagiarism checks
    o Ensuring pre-assessment centre material is ready
  • To support external stakeholders with assessment logistics/organisation

  • Actively record, update and amend information on internal database to ensure accurate data

  • Ensure confidential and financial information is secure by complying with GDPR

  • About You

  • A sound understanding of Microsoft packages with excellent data input and accuracy

  • First class communication and organisational skills with an ability to help and support internal and external

  • stakeholders with requests and queries
  • An understanding of quality assurance procedures

  • Ability to build effective relationships with members, the public and stakeholders

  • Ability to prioritise work with ever changing demands to ensure deadlines are met
