Role Overview: Join our team as an HRBP, providing professional, commercially focused advice and support to managers and staff on general HR issues. Ensure Corporate and site HR objectives are achieved in line with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex employee relations issues (dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, redundancy, retirement).
  • Recommend solutions aligned with best practices and employment legislation.
  • Participate in operations meetings, advising on employee relations impacts.
  • Support formal ER processes and ensure consistent application of UK policies.
  • Advise and coach managers on HR policies and best practices.
  • Identify improvement opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support performance management, change management, and restructuring programs.
  • Create and own HR KPIs and metrics.
  • Enhance managers’ understanding of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Service functions to deliver site business goals.
  • Support annual processes such as pay review and profit share.
  • Facilitate effective management communications and support the Employee Council.
  • Support workforce planning, talent, and succession planning.
  • Monitor and review HR policies and processes.
  • Engage employees in identifying solutions to issues from employee surveys.
  • Ensure optimal talent acquisition.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits issues.
  • Manage Occupational Health provision.
  • Promote wellbeing, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Champion the Moog Culture and Philosophy.
