In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in assisting our clients with their commercial property portfolios, helping them maximize potential savings and achieve success

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Proactively gather essential information and documentation from small to medium-sized business clients to enable Ryan to maximize their clients’ savings opportunities
  • Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding
  • Relationship Building: Deliver exceptional service to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Data Accuracy: Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly
  • Opportunity Identification: Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Ryan services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored
Education and Experience:
  • Positive Attitude: You are engaging, assertive, and bring a positive energy to your role
  • Customer Focused: You have at least 12 months of experience in a telephone-based role, working towards targets with a focus on sales, upselling, or cross-selling
  • Relationship Building: Your ability to engage in conversation and earn trust is second to none
  • Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets
  • Excellent Communicator: You have an exceptional telephone manner and can compose professional emails and reports
Computer Skills:
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools
Salary: £25,750 per year base salary plus an uncapped commission structure.
