Housing Support Worker - Weekends

We are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to join our new service in Bradford, supporting families living in temporary accommodation. This role is 16 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm.

This role is part of a new contract so is an exciting and interesting opportunity which we are sure will come with it’s challenges but also many rewards. The role is based at St Andrew’s Mill in Bradford but you will be required to travel to other sites and also our dispersed properties which are also based in Bradford.

You will assist the people we support in the practical and emotional aspects of managing and maintaining their accommodation and liaising with other support services. You will ensure immediate needs are met such as food, clothing and access to benefits. You will have the ability to carry out domestic duties and minor repairs to ensure tenants have a clean and safe living environment.
