As the IT Business Partner you will be the primary point of liaison between your business areas and the IT function. This is a solution focused role where you build an understanding of your area and how IT initiatives could support and improve outputs for those areas and the wider business.

As the IT Business Partner you will be the primary point of liaison between your business areas and the IT function. This is a solution focused role where you build an understanding of your area and how IT initiatives could support and improve outputs for those areas and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders across the business and within the IT function
- Be the point of escalation for all IT activity in your business area
- Develop and own the IT Roadmap for each of your businesses to support both Business and Group IT strategies.
- Look for opportunities to leverage technology in other parts of the business to provide cost benefits
- Work with larger group projects to ensure that businesses are kept informed.

- FMCG or manufacturing experience would be an advantage.
- A good understanding of IT systems and the ability to demonstrate involvement in the use of IT to improve ways of working
- Stakeholder management experience, demonstrating an ability to engage with people across functions and at different levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, problem solving approach. Able to demonstrate through previous experience.
