Aberdein Considine are looking for a Viewing Agent to join our busy office in Edinburgh on either a full time or part time basis. The successful candidate will require to hold a clean driver’s licence and must be licensed to drive a vehicle with manual gears. There is also a requirement for the suitable candidate to work some evenings and Saturdays.

ROLE OF DEPARTMENT

  • Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
  • Successfully convert valuations to new business
  • Ensure correct pricing and maximum exposure for clients properties
  • Identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm
  • Provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times

JOB PURPOSE

  • Show prospective buyers our stock of sale properties
  • Promote the main features of each property
  • Highlight other suitable properties to viewers
  • Identify opportunities for legal and financial services and secure appointments for advisers/solicitors

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers
  • Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
  • Identify viewers specific property search requirements
  • Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
  • Identify other services that are relevant to the viewers situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Educated to Higher level or above
