Ernest Bold Adult Short Break Service
The role provides overnight short breaks for people with a learning disability aged 17 upwards, aiming to promote independence through various opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with learning disabilities to maximize their potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues and professionals to deliver high quality services.
- Ensure flexibility and responsiveness to service priorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent.
- Completion of mandatory training.
- Satisfactory DBS check.
Working Arrangements:
