Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic floor Supervisor staff member to join our team at Clapton location. As a supervisor staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the service runs smoothly by liaising with the back of house to resolve any issues.
• Effectively and efficiently manage employee's performance on shift, including resolving any conflict or poor performance issues on shift.
• Supporting RM where relevant with any recruitment needs, e.g. feedback from trials.
• Facilitating training for all employees, new starters and existing team.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
• Carry out shift briefs

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
