Positive. is seeking a new Client Operations Specialist, on a full-time basis, who is a detail-oriented and proactive professional. Reporting to the Business and Client Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of Positive. for our clients and employees. You will be a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues alike.

What you'll be doing:

You will be integral to our small, yet impactful team, with responsibility for setting up all logistical elements of workshops and client events, supporting the maintenance of project management software/trackers, assisting with client management across calls and emails, leading on scheduling meetings both internal and external for the team (think team lunches and Christmas parties!), maintaining team and delivery calendars, assisting with HR processes, and being a point of contact for any tech issues with virtual meetings, to name but a few!

About you:

Above all, you will be an excellent communicator, be logical, organised, and bring an optimistic and solution-focused approach to your work. With 3-5 years of relevant client operations, office management, or business operations experience, you will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have experience in Monday project management software, and be curious about AI to increase efficiency.

What we offer:

  • Days: Full Time, Flexible Hybrid hours (Tuesday and Thursday are core office days)
  • Salary: £30-35K
  • Start: ASAP
