Salary: National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from £39,100 to £45,633 and London £41,600 to £48,533 per annum (salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

The Team
The Change Management team within the Service Management function is dedicated to maintaining and protecting the Live Service, focusing on analysing risks and impacts of IT Changes for service continuity.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Partnering with a team dedicated to IT change management
- Facilitating the change management process with appropriate rigor and risk mitigation
- Supporting problem groups and suppliers with change management processes
- Managing the timely processing of incoming change records requests
- Administering SSL certificates to ensure no back-end certificates expire
- Producing required monthly management information and contributing to continuous improvement

Which Skills Are Required?
Minimum
- Demonstrated expertise in ITIL-based service management processes
- Practical experience managing change, configuration, incident, and problem management activities
- Proficiency in ServiceNow for IT service management

- Strong analytical skills for informed assessment choices
