The role

To effectively project manage Maintenance & Compliance of all existing & new stores in portfolio in a timely and cost effective manner across the region.

  • Management and oversight of Repairs and Maintenance of all existing stores.
  • Successfully liaise and communicate with the stores’ teams to manage repairs and interventions
  • Communicate with external maintenance suppliers to coordinate interventions
  • Liaise with Shopping Centre Maintenance and Technical teams
  • Consulting with key support departments weekly to achieve timelines (Store Dev / IT / Logistics)
  • All other projects as directed by the Store development manager Europe

About you

  • Experience in maintenance management
  • Previous experience in retail sector
  • High observable level of Customer service
  • Communicative level of French, nice to have Dutch
  • Focused on the result
  • Open and honest communicator
  • Strong team player and leadership skills
