The People Administrator

  • Experience working in the Hospitality Industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on proofreading legal documents
  • A great communicator with a kind and welcoming approach
  • Able to build strong working relationships with people at all levels of the business
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to maintain complete work confidentiality
  • A passion for food and personal development is essential

The Role

  • Support our People team by meeting administration demands
  • Implementing HR standards across the brands
  • Maintaining people records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, promotions, and tracking leave
  • Work with Recruitment with administrative tasks, monitoring new hire information and employee right to work documentation
  • Documenting actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Assisting Payroll and Group HR Advisor with letter writing, investigations, disciplinary hearings, and ensuring legal compliance for the protection of employees and the business
  • Assisting managers in completing probation reviews with employees, offering best practice HR advice as necessary and providing appropriate correspondence
  • Uploading data onto HR systems, as required
