Field Planning Specialist

We currently have a great opportunity for an ambitious career-minded individual to join our London Waste Networks Division as a Field Planning Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and planning the ‘customer journey’ from the time an issue has been identified through to resolution. This includes establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the Field teams and adopting a highly collaborative approach to resolving problem jobs, as well as dealing with pollution and flooding.
This position will specifically focus on effective field planning and enabling the various stages to completion of incoming new customer cases. You will develop plans and work closely with our contractors to ensure that the right equipment, people, and resources are in place to provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.
Base Location: Hybrid - Crossness (STW) - SE2 9AQ.
Working Pattern: 36 Hours per week, Monday-Friday.
What you’ll be doing as the Field Planning Specialist
- Delivering operational and customer performance through excellent liaison with our customers and key stakeholders, such as the Local Authorities.
- Engaging with contractors, customers, councils, and wider stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of work with minimal disruption.
- Championing change through a passion for continuous improvement, promoting best practice ways of working and sharing local knowledge.
- Ensuring our policies are adhered to by following stringent H&S standards, compliance with Regulatory requirements, and delivering great customer service and regular health & safety inspections.
Due to the nature of this role, there will be an opportunity to occasionally work from home.
