Estates Assistant

About the Role

You will be working across the Spaces and Places Team undertaking a range of cleaning and estate maintenance tasks to ensure that we maintain safe places for people to live and work. Duties include tasks such as: general cleaning, window and gutter cleaning, grounds maintenance, compliance testing, and fly tipping removal.

About You

• High attention to detail to provide a clean and sanitized environment for our properties and offices.
• Reliable time keeping and punctuality.
• Willingness to challenge fly tipping and dumping in communal areas.
• Willingness to learn new skills and training.
• Basic IT knowledge and skills.
