The shift pattern for this position is Monday – Friday 8.30 - 4.30
This role is based at WestMARC, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital campus.
The role involves administration support for clinical teams and patient groups within the West Of Scotland, coordination of clinical waiting lists ensuring patients are appointed within the Board’s waiting time standards. Service Support Officers support the delivery of care for patients referred to and contacting WestMARC including triage and coordination of repairs for both Prosthetics and Wheelchair Patients. Service Support Officers support the coordination of multi-disciplinary clinics and domiciliary visits throughout West of Scotland including satellite locations within territorial health boards. Applicants should be educated to higher standard or have equivalent knowledge and experience and have experience in an administration and or contact centre environment. The post holder will display excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels both with members of the public, staff and senior management colleagues.
