Role description

End User Services Specialist

Location: London, with potential onsite or shift/on-call support as required

Travel may be involved depending on business needs

We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled End User Services Specialist to join our IT team in London. In this hands-on role, you'll provide high-quality support to employees, manage end-user devices, resolve IT issues, and drive continuous improvement across our technology services.

The Role:

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Manage the full hardware lifecycle – from procurement to secure disposal.
  • Support incidents, service requests, and critical IT issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Install and troubleshoot software (Microsoft 365, security tools, remote access, etc.).
  • Maintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Deliver on-site and walk-in support through Tech Bars and floor walks.
  • Support collaboration tools and meeting room tech (Zoom, Teams, Webex).
  • Identify automation opportunities and contribute to service improvements.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and operational reports.
  • Handle IT onboarding/offboarding and user access provisioning.
  • Promote IT best practices and digital adoption among employees.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in End User Support, IT Helpdesk, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, AD, Intune/SCCM.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Working understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting A/V tech and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA A+ / Network+
  • Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python) are a plus
